Serves 4

12 ounces Sweet Peas, fresh or frozen
3 tablespoons Olive oil or butter
1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh mint, chopped small  
2 pinches Salt   

Cook Peas in skillet on medium heat in olive oil/butter until peas are bright in color about 2-3 minutes.  Stir frequently.        
Sprinkle chopped mint and salt over peas, and stir and cook until aromatic and peas are hot, about 1 minute.        
Serve immediately.
