Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal chilled
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
