Summer Breakfast Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal chilled
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
