Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana about 1 cup, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon flax seed ground (optional)
  • 1/4 cup kale shredded, packed
  • 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide into two glasses and serve.
