1 14-1/2 ounce can Garbanzo beans 
1 tablepsoon Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Cumin, ground     
1/2 teaspoon Coriander, ground     
1/2 teaspoon Mustard, ground     
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder    
1/4 teaspoon Celery salt     
Cayenne pepper as desired
1/4 teaspoon Salt    
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees with low fan, or no fan if possible.        
Thoroughly rinse and drain garbanzo beans; remove as much water as possible.        
Mix olive oil, garlic powder, spices and salt together.        
Toss garbanzo beans with mixture and coat well.        
Place seasoned garbanzo beans on parchment-lined sheet pan and arrange in single layer.         
Cook garbanzo beans in oven until they are golden brown, and crispy, 35 to 45 minutes. Shake/mix occasionally to ensure beans don’t burn.        
Remove from oven and cool. Store in air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
