Spicy Dry Left Wings

Serves 6



1/2 cup Chef Marshall’s Cajun-blend seasoning

1/2 cup canola oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

2 pounds chicken wings



Make a paste from the spices, oil and salt.

Rub paste into chicken wings and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.

Place marinated wings in a single layer on sheet pan and bake until browned and firm to the touch, about 25 minutes. Stir, as needed, to prevent burning.
