Serves 4

2 C fresh tomato, medium chunks
1 ½ C fresh cucumber, peeled if desired, medium chunks
1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
¼ C fresh  green onions, sliced, green and white
1/4 C yellow onion, diced
2 T white vinegar
2 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
 
Toss all ingredients together. Serve, enjoy!
