1headcauliflowertrimmed, halved and cut into 1 1/2" wedges
1/3cupolive oilplus 2 tablespoons, divided

1/2cupwhole almondstoasted and finely chopped
3/4cupfresh parselychopped, 1 tablespoon reserved
2tablespoonsdark chocolatefinely grated
Preheat broiler; line a baking sheet with foil.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer on baking sheet.
Using 2 tablespoons olive oil, brush both sides of cauliflower and season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Broil cauliflower, flipping once, until charred and tender, about 15 minutes.
Heat remaining olive oil and the garlic in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic until light golden, about 2 minutes. Add red pepper flakes, almonds, parsley, chocolate and 1/8 teaspoon salt; mix well and turn off heat.
Transfer cauliflower to a platter and top with almond topping.
