Rainbow Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup orange bell peppers sliced
- 1/4 cup radishes sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup Granny Smith apples sliced or chopped
- 1 cup mango chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper or to taste
Instructions
- Combine peppers, radishes, tomatoes, apples, mango and cilantro in a bowl.
- Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
