Summertime, for that matter any time of the year, is great for grab-and-go smoothies, a nutritious way to start the day. During the summer, you can save money by using in-season, flavorful produce. Plan ahead to have cut fruit and vegetables ready for blending. Take a few extra minutes, during meal prep or batch cooking, to chop and divide fruit and vegetables into individual bags and store in the freezer or refrigerator.
