Serves 6


1 head cauliflower, separated into large bite-sized florets

1 bunch broccoli, separated into large bite-sized florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced

1/2 tablespoon dried parsley

1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste

1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.

Place cauliflower and broccoli on sheet pan; toss with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Cook until vegetables are tender and nicely browned, about 20-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in Parmesan cheese just before serving.
