Healthy Food Index and Healthy Meal Index

Our registered dieticians and researchers and have examined over 20 good vitamins, minerals and fiber that nourish you, plus five things you should avoid (trans fats, saturated fats, added sugar, sodium and cholesterol) and use them to put a nutrition score on food items. This is our Healthy Food Index Score. We then combine the items commonly found in a meal and establish the nutritional value for the entire meal with our Healthy Meal Score. These scores help companies make better decisions about what should be offered, and help employees to make better decisions of what they should choose, can be used as metrics to show improvements on the nutrition of the foods and meals over time.
