Ingredients
1 banana large, about 1 1/2 cups
1 avocado peeled, pitted
3/4 cup green apples cored, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach gently packed
3 tablespoons flax seeds ground
2 tablespoons honey, optional (if fruit is sweet enough, this won’t be needed)
2 cups low fat (not skim) milk
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth.
