Marinated Herbed Salmon

Serves 4



1/4 teaspoon dried leaf rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried leaf thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried leaf oregano

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 – 4 ounce salmon fillets

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper



In a large resealable plastic bag or a container with lid, combine all ingredients so salmon is completely covered with marinade ingredients.

Marinade for 1-2 hours; if marinated too long, fish will be mushy.

Position top oven rack about 5-6 inches from heating element and preheat broiler on high.

Place fish on foil-lined sheet pan and broil until firm to the touch and lightly browned, about 7-12 minutes.
