Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 14.5 ounce cans garbanzo beans aka chickpeas (about 3 cups), drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 fresh lemon juiced
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- Blend until smooth. Adjust flavors as needed.
