Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 14.5 ounce cans garbanzo beans aka chickpeas (about 3 cups), drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 fresh lemon juiced
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Blend until smooth. Adjust flavors as needed.
