- 3 tablespoons olive oil or oil blend
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups plain or greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups cucumbers peeled and finely diced
- 1 teaspoon dill
- Thoroughly combine olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and yogurt in mixing bowl.
- Add chopped cucumber and mix well.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
