Homemade Tzatziki

Servings: 16 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or oil blend
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups plain or greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups cucumbers peeled and finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon dill

Instructions

  • Thoroughly combine olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and yogurt in mixing bowl.
  • Add chopped cucumber and mix well.
  • Chill for at least one hour before serving.
