Makes 2 cups



1 cup plain yogurt

1 cup buttermilk

1 green onion thinly sliced

1 teaspoon garlic minced

1/2 teaspoon dill dried

1/8 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste

1/8 teaspoon black pepper or to taste



Thoroughly combine all ingredients.

Let flavors blend for at least one hour before serving.

Makes 2 cups.
