As seen on The Jason Show, we used this smoothie recipe as part of a mystery ingredient game.  If you like beans, leave them in, if you don't leave them out.

Green Mango Smoothie

Serves 2

 

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups mango, fresh or frozen

1 cup kale

1/2 cup cannellini beans

1 tablespoon real maple syrup

2 cups almond milk, or milk of choice

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
