Fruity Frozen Pops/Fruity Mint Chiller

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cantaloupe rind removed and cut in chunks
  • 1 cup seedless watermelon rind removed and cut in chunks
  • 1 cup ripe nectarine cut in chunks
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled (if fresh)
  • 1/4 cup water cold
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh mint torn and lightly packed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Portion over ice if desired, serve.
  • OR make frozen pops using popcicle molds.
