Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • ½ cup bread or rice cake crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Fhima Five-Spice see recipe
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 whole grain buns
  • Lettuce optional
  • Tomatoes optional
  • Onions optional

Instructions

  • Combine ground turkey, crumbs, spices, and salt, mix well. Shape into patties.
  • Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes so they are fairly firm.
  • Then cook - broil, grill, pan fry - as desired.
