Five-Spice Turkey Burger

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- ½ cup bread or rice cake crumbs
- 1 tbsp Fhima Five-Spice see recipe
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 whole grain buns
- Lettuce optional
- Tomatoes optional
- Onions optional
Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, crumbs, spices, and salt, mix well. Shape into patties.
- Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes so they are fairly firm.
- Then cook - broil, grill, pan fry - as desired.
