1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 limes, juiced and zested
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons ground chili powder
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 pounds chicken wings
Thoroughly combine all ingredients except chicken in a large mixing bowl or large sealable plastic bag. Add wings, mix well and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
Place marinated wings on sheet pan and bake until browned and firm to the touch, about 25 minutes. Stir, as needed, to prevent burning.
