Dijon Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Combine first four ingredients in a bowl.
Slowly incorporate the oil while whisking continuously.
Adjust seasoning.
Store in an airtight container; it can be kept for one week.
