Have you ever struggled to cut the corn off the cob for use in a salad or soup, or for freezing? It can be difficult with the kernels flying and rolling in all directions, only to end up on the floor or in your pet’s mouth. Use two bowls, one small and one large, to make the process easier. Place the smaller bowl upside down inside the larger bowl to brace the tip of the cob and watch all the kernels collect in the large bowl!
