Rotisserie cooked chicken from the supermarket can be used in many dishes (stir fry, stews, sandwhiches) if you don’t have time to cook it from scratch. Remove the skin to cut down on the fat and calories. One cooked, chicken weighs about 2 pounds and yields about 3 cuts of chopped meat.
