2 medium avocados
4 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 cup regular or dark chocolate cocoa powder (no sugar added)
1/4 cup real maple syrup
Prepare by hand or use a food processor.
Whip/mash avocado and cream.
Add half of the cocoa powder and half of the maple syrup to the mixture and mix well.
Taste and continue to add cocoa and small amounts of syrup until no avocado flavor is present.
Chill for 12 hours for best flavor.
