Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup dark or regular chocolate cocoa powder no sugar added
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup

Instructions

  • Prepare by hand or use a food processor. Whip/mash avocado and cream.
  • Add half of the cocoa powder and half of the maple syrup to the mixture and mix well.
  • Taste and continue to add cocoa and small amounts of syrup until no avocado flavor is present.
  • Chill for 12 hours for best flavor.
