Chocolate Avocado Pudding
- 2 medium avocados
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dark or regular chocolate cocoa powder no sugar added
- 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
- Prepare by hand or use a food processor. Whip/mash avocado and cream.
- Add half of the cocoa powder and half of the maple syrup to the mixture and mix well.
- Taste and continue to add cocoa and small amounts of syrup until no avocado flavor is present.
- Chill for 12 hours for best flavor.
