Chef Marshall Around Town:

Last fall, Chef Marshall was hired by the Utah State Department of Education to speak to Utah school districts about the benefits of serving whole grains to their students. His discussion was so well-received that he spoke again in April to Utah school nutrition directors about how to engage students and parents in their school meal programs. That productive presentation led them to bring Chef Marshall back just a few weeks ago, when he gave four presentations to the Utah School Nutrition Association on the above topics, as well as on the Power of Smart Nutrition. The Chef Marshall O’Brien Group is proud to announce that, starting this coming school year, we will be helping Utah school districts improve their lunch meal participation rates, which will give districts a much-appreciated financial boost to their budgets.
