Cana’s Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados skin removed, etc
  • 8 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced small
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped, or more to taste
  • 1-2 limes juiced
  • 1 anaheim chili (the red one) minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
