Banana Chocolate Flax Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas about 2 cups
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Portion into 4 glasses and serve.
