Banana Chocolate Flax Seed Smoothie
- 2 large bananas about 2 cups
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk optional
- 1 teaspoon honey optional, to taste
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 6 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Portion into 4 glasses and serve.
