When introducing new veggies, sometimes you have to ease into it. We get that.
And, when busy schedules are in full swing, it’s not always realistic to make a meal from scratch. We get that, too.
On the nights when you’re preparing boxed macaroni and cheese (a kid favorite, right?) add in some green.
Right as you mix in the milk and cheese, add in 1-2 cups of chopped spinach or steamed broccoli (it’s ok to use the bags of pre-cut frozen).
With very little extra time and effort, you’ve added a serving of green vegetables to your meal!
