Strawberry & Banana Fruit Smoothie – Perfect Snack for Hungry Students

Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 10 min or less

Ingredients: 
2 cups pineapple juice
2/3 cup greek plain or vanilla yogurt
1 large banana 
2 cups frozen strawberries

Directions: 
Pour liquid (pineapple juice and yogurt) into the blender first, then add fruit. 
Cover blender and blend until smooth.  
Serve, enjoy!

This snack is perfect for students whether they are heading to study or heading to extracurricular activities. The good fat content in the yogurt supplies sustained energy and helps you feel fuller longer.
