Ingredients

1 banana, frozen

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons ground flax seeds

1/2 cup kale, chopped, packed

1/4 cup cucumbers chopped

1/4 cup water

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
