Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound red grapes stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons honey warmed
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shaved

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. On a foil- or parchment-lined sheet pan, combine grapes and olive oil; toss to coat.
  3. Roast grapes until blistered, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Place 1/4 cup yogurt per portion in a small cup or bowl and top with warm grapes.
  5. Drizzle with honey; garnish with shaved chocolate and then serve.
