Youth Sports Nutrition

Youth sports (ages 6-12) can be made more fun by implementing a nutrition and hydration program that gives young athletes more energy and mental cognition.

We created a simplified youth program to fit this age group based on our high school program, which we developed in conjunction with the Timberwolves, Lynx and University of Minnesota Athletic Department. All the lessons young athletes learn now can apply later in life if they stay in athletics at the high school level.
