Lemon Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients: 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 pinches thyme, dried honey to taste Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 C olive oil Directions: Combine juice, thyme, honey, salt and pepper. Adjust flavor as desired.  Add olive oil and shake vigorously, or whisk when ready to dress and serve.
