Recipe: Hummus

  2 – 14.5 oz cans (about 3 cups) garbanzo beans aka chickpeas, drained and thoroughly rinsed. 2 T tahini 2 T water 2-3 T olive oil 1 fresh lemon, juiced 2 large garlic, minced 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp salt or to taste   Blend until smooth. Adjust flavors as needed.
