The Chef Marshall O’Brien Group is a dedicated assembly of 14 professionals and growing, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, committed to the goal of using nutrition to get kids and families to lead happier, healthier lives. They provide nutritional wellness programs and strategies that help all people perform and have a better quality life today and when they retire. They work with the YMCA, and Northwestern Health Sciences University, fire, police and public works departments, cities and corporations. Reach over 200 school districts in Minnesota and Utah, 8,000 child providers in Minnesota, Nebraska and Utah.

Our mission is to educate and empower people to achieve quality lives through smart nutrition. We believe that nourishing is different from eating. When we eat nourishing food, we perform better in everything we do.
Who We Are
The Chef Marshall O’Brien Group is made up of chefs, dietitians, researchers, writers and videographers. The role of the researchers and dietitians is to understand current best nutrition practices and translate them into the right foods to produce the desired results. Since people will only eat the right foods if they taste good, our chefs use the recommended foods to create recipes that taste great. We call this “Putting Delicious in Nutritious.”
